PRCF Alternative School for Arts & Culture
The PharmaResearch Culture Foundation creates opportunities to reflect on the world
we live in through arts education. The Foundation has continuously developed
community-based arts and culture education programs, including a guest lecture series,
a children's docent program in collaboration with the Gangwon Regional Meteorological
Administration, and the PRCF Alternative School for Arts & Culture for youth.
The Alternative School for Arts & Culture was launched in 2023 and continued through
its second edition in 2025, with a third edition currently underway in 2026. Through this program, the Foundation hopes to help children and young people discover new ways of seeing the world. In addition, the first edition of the Alternative School was selected in 2023 as a pilot project for the Arts Healing in Urban Forests program model by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service (KACES).
Looking ahead, The Foundation plans to use INON(working title), a new multidisciplinary arts and culture space currently under development, as a hub for expanding its educational programs and providing broader artistic experiences for young people in the region.
