𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮 focuses on the shared sense of communal recovery found in both the Gangneung Danoje Festival and Thailand’s Songkran. While rooted in different cultural traditions, both festivals have brought communities together to pray for well-being and reconnect with the rhythms of everyday life. Bringing together Bangkok Kunsthalle’s site-specific history and Gangneung’s experiences of natural disasters, including wildfires, the exhibition explores how both cities have cultivated resilience and regeneration through the language of contemporary art.

The PharmaResearch Culture Foundation Privacy Policy

The PharmaResearch Culture Foundation ("the Foundation") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws and regulations governing the protection of personal information.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, which requires organizations to disclose how personal information is collected, processed, protected, and managed, as well as the rights of data subjects.

The Foundation is committed to processing personal information lawfully and managing it securely. This Privacy Policy explains the Foundation's practices regarding the processing of personal information and provides guidance on the rights of data subjects.

Personal Information Collected by the Foundation

The Foundation does not directly collect personal information through its official website, such as through user registration or online inquiry forms.

However, for the purpose of carrying out the Foundation's activities and providing services such as newsletter subscriptions, the Foundation processes the minimum amount of personal information through an external email marketing platform, Stibee Co., Ltd.

The Foundation processes personal information only within the scope described in this Privacy Policy. The Foundation does not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by applicable law or with the prior consent of the data subject.

To facilitate the delivery of newsletters, the Foundation entrusts certain personal information processing activities to the following service provider.

Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

The Foundation promptly deletes personal information when the retention period has expired or when the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Personal information processed through the Foundation's external newsletter platform will be securely deleted or removed from active use when a subscriber unsubscribes.

Security Measures

The Foundation implements appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information.

The Foundation also periodically reviews the security practices of Stibee Co., Ltd., the Foundation's entrusted service provider, to help ensure the continued protection of personal information.
